I have a multi meter sitting on my desk right now. Does anyone know where the ignition switch is located??? I think thats the culprit.

It shouldn't be too hard to find the problem, but if you just need to get it running, why not hot wire the starter? You could get a relay, and wire it up to a switch in the car to bump the starter.
