Car shut off while driving!
I was on my way to work as I pulled in to the parking lot the car just shut off. I tried to start it and nothing!
After checking fuses and relays everything was good I even replaced these with other relays and nothing.
Then I checked the FUEL PUMP and it does not turn on when you turn the key on the on position.
So I hot wired the pump with a power wire directly. AND SHE FIRED UP
I was driving home and noticed.
-i have no RPMS
-if i hit the right turn signal theres a loud buzzer and the car stumbles
- i have no headlights
What can it be.

You hit it right on the money. I removed the wheel and bam theres a hole in the liner and I can see wires all melted together. I cut and respliced them now everything works but the Fuel pump still doesnt turn on .
The front relay is good and the tower relay is good, the inside cabin one is good.
Listen to this I took the cover off the relay and pushed the contacts together and MY PUMP WORKS when I do that!!!!!!!!!!!!
I started looking at the wire diagram and see that wires go to the power control module.

Could the PCM be bad?
I only get power to the pump when i make the relay do contact.
Wires have been fixed and double checked.
Ok I still cant find the problem for the fuel pump so I am going to re-wire it direct with relay and fuse.
I still get power to the white/red wire on the oem clip ,will that be enough voltage considering i am running it direct and the fuel pump resistor is tied in to the oem harness.

Are you sure the relay is ok?
Fuel pump should get 12vdc from the fuel pump relay via the wire white w/red stripe. The power into fuel pump relay should be blue w/red stripe. Have you tested both wires? I would assume they are both ok if you can jumper the relay connections and everything works.

TOWER RELAY- power going into it if i make the cuircuit the pump will turn on.
Man i have done the following-
change relays
test for grounding with the multimeter
check the harness where it got ate up
fuse under the dash
pump in the rear for power
Naturally the car was running the oem lines after ready about voltage drops on the pump I decided to re wire the pump.
I wish I can find the problem, i hid the harness higher up and ziptied it and I am fabricating a bracket to protect it up front
one issue with the frayed wiring is when the wires touch each other physically you can read 12v from a circuit but the amps are too low to actually power up the circuit due to bleeding off into other wires.
