Exclamation Car is Miss Firing!!, NOT STOLEN

I went out to eat last night and when I was done, I got back into my car and started it up. It didnt want to start so I gave it a little gas so it would start. It was running like it was missing. So this morning I went and got plugs for it, NGK R. I started it up agian and it is still doing the same thing. It seems like it wants to die at low idle, when it does idle my air / fuel is more rich than usual. It is puffing a little white smoke out the exhaust also. I checked the resistance of the wires and I got .22, .29, .29, and .33. If you can help please do I am going to the Indy Truck bash in 3 weeks. Thanks

I think it is supposed to be 1 ohm. Anything .8 or less is bad.

Could the problem be idle air control valve. I started the car with the sensor hooked up and then un plugged it and nothing changed, so i plugged it back in and still nothing.
