VA Car has slowed down

Ok so the morning started off good no problems.. I get to the turn at a light and accelerate I hear light noise... Now my car started moving slower seems like the turbos aren't boosting... But I hear air pulling into the engine louder than normal.. I think a charge pipe came undone or something to that affect... Is this possible and result in a slower moving car and a really loud air suction noise when I accelerate???

Sounds like an intercooler piping coupler blew off, as you are guessing. Why did you take all the time to post this thread before checking to see if that's what happened...?

Just re-install it if it is a coupler, that happen to me once as I forgot to tighten one of the coupler clamp, I heard a loud pop in the front then follow by a loud pop out the exhaust

Only takes a minute to pop the hood, locate the loose coupler, pop the piping back in and tighten the clamp.

Could be the turbo control actuator stuck. Although it would be a louder exhaust noise, it would make your car run kinda like a no-seq so it will be slow until like 4000-4500 rpm...

Quit making excuses. When you get off duty, check it then.
Just do not try to boost as this will over rev the turbos if you do have a blown hose.
