car flooding after rebuild!????

i just got my rebuild back in (rebuilt it myself) the car started but after i shut it off it keeps flooding out really bad. ive had the plugs out about 6 times now to blow the gas out and ive put ATF in it to lube it up. if i pull the fuel pump fuse i can get the car to start but after i plug it back in the car floods again. im pretty sure i got everything hooked back up right. it could be a fuel injector sticking but they worked fine before the build and i sonic cleaned them before i put them back in. i have a supra tt fuel pump(no fpr) pettit unlimited ecu and all supporting mods. i had the fuel pump on the car for about 100mi before the car went down and it ran fine. any help/advice would be great.

thanks

Do the click test for the injectors. Just a 9V battery connected across the main harness connector at the ECU to the main relay, IIRC will give you a good test.
