EEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZ ?????? What do you mean?

If I interpret this correctly, it sounds like the starter pinion is not engaging, it's just grinding the pinion on the ring gear.

If that is correct, you may need a new starter.

Brownish-white oil/water-condensation mixture in the filler cap is normal, especially in cold weather.

I believe the EEEEZZZZZ sound is the fuel pump priming.

speak some english and maybe people will be more apt to help you out. you can type, it takes alot more skill to spell words like you have been than it does to spell them right. anyway, enough of my ranting. yes, the position of the spark plugs does matter. get yourself a service manual, and if the former owner never replaced the spark plugs, there's a chance he/she never replaced the fuel filter. if this is the case, then the motor may not be getting enough fuel. when it did run, did it idle smooth? no smoke? easy hot startup (i.e. after you drove it for a while, did it start up easily)? change the spark plug wires when you change your plugs, they're probably the original ones, all brittle and they could be grounding themselves on the block.

thanxz guys

I got my CAR started today
took me like 15 minutes
well the only couple of things i did was
take out the EGI relay to disable the fuel pump
get in the car and gas paddle to the floor and jump the car at the same time
crack it for 15 seconds
do that 2 times
then get some WD-40 and spray it in the little nipple where u guys hook up the boost cage wire...spray in there for 4 secs or +
then put back the EGI replay and start the car!!
in 2nd try it should start!!!
and ITS gonna smoke like CRAZY :-D
thanxz 1 more time guys
