Car doesn't pass 60 mph and runs bad

ok well my car had some issues before it use to shut off on me at stops and lights but we found that out to be a grounding issue with the coils then it use to shut off on me on right turns then we found out that that was cause of my tires being too big and having no fender liners cause the engine harness wires to shred up so we fixed that re-wired the car but ever since then the car ran like **** it felt like it was always in limp mode and we changed the ecu it ran a little bit better not much so yesterday i took it out and ran it on the highway the car took forever to reach 60 mph and didnt wanna pass 60 and i was flooring it....so after realizing that im the slowest car in the highway, i got out the the highway and the car shut off on me on the exit ramp....as i was tryin to turn it back on it didnt wanna start instead when i look back theres a 4 FOOT FLAME COMIN OUT OF MY MUFFLER IT WAS STEADY AND CONTINUOS EVEN WITH THE CAR OFF so i sprayed water and it turned off....also when i shift gears the car makes a funny noise like "woo" sounds like rick flair lol

rmps go up slow and it doesnt pass 4k mayb 45
car doesnt pass 60 mph
takes for ever to reach 60 maybe like 40 seconds

my car is stock hks intake and exhust, straight pipe (we took the cat out before thinking that it was clogged thats why it didnt have power but that wasnt it)

please help thanks

Have you check your MAP sensor including the check valve?

well if it has "hks intake and exhuast, straight pipe" then no it is not stock. do you have any fuel mods? running a full exhuast , and an intake will cause the stock ecu to run lean and u can blow the motor. it is possible you may have allready blown the motor from the sounds of it.

does the car throw any codes? check them?
is the map sensor pluged in and the vacume line securly attached at both ends?
if its in limp mode maybe the omp is unpluged or messed up?

theres no codes and everything seems pluged in right then you may want to do a compression test at least just to see how the motor is doing.

So you have no CEL and the seems to be dumping a lot of fuel, right? Pull the plugs and see what they look like. You could have a very weak spark or a set of plugs not firing.

Dude i suggest for you to let a local rotary head look at it for you. the last thing you want to keep doing is flooring the gas pedal when you know u have issues.

I literally "laughed out loud" hard when i read that

On a real note though, def. take "hondasr4kids" advice, that definitely sounds like a good chance of being the problem, then compression check and then local rotary head shop.

my mechanic he disconnnected the intercooler hose so the computer wasnt sensing any boost (so the the turbo set up was completely disconnected) and the car ran fine on a test drive its just wasnt gettin boost so it was kinda slow but it wasnt running like **** anymore the rpms were reving good and it hit 80...

To the OP, PLEASE form your sentences properly, you're giving everyone here a headache. I never seen so many run-on sentences in my life.

That being said you're getting a lot of good advice here by taking it to a good rotary mechanic. Not someone who disconnects something to band-aid the problem so you can go past 60mph. That's not normal.

But I guess ill wait until you make another thread saying for sale or part out. Maybe I can buy some parts off you that are still usable.

Bit lost here for some reason that doesn't make sense to me. Turbos are not the issue. Do yourself a HUGE favor and take the car to some one that KNOWS the car.
