car dies when ac is on and clutch is depressed

every time i run my car with the ac on i have a problem. it seems to run fine except when i press the clutch in . it loses rpms and dies. can anybody tell me the problem ? thanks

CHECK THE IDLE COMPENSATION SWITCH.

Also make sure that your ECU was replaced under recall (if yours is a '93). There was a recall back in '93 for this very problem.
