Car bottom'd out, broken bar...what is it?

Well if i havent had enough bad luck, last night im following my friend to a pool hall and the entrance to the little strip mall is high and then drops down quickly, i see my friend fly over it and thought twice about the speed i was going so i slow down TO A STOP....not even idle rolling but like 2 mph and it goes over...good....good....good...SMASH......the worst noise u can think of(my poor baby) anyways i pull into a spot to check things out and everything seems fine, drives fine rest of night.

I look today under in the light and right in the middle of the car maybe slightly farther back, under the car theres a bar(maybe two, but maybe one bar thats spilt into two in the middle) , anyways that crakced right in half both bars. Im just curious what it might be. Anyways all help is appreciated.

Ted

Those are chassis braces. It won't really hurt anything with them broken but plan on replacing them. They just bolt on.

Ted, you're in luck. I have three of them. One of them is the one you need.
