can make more than 9.5lb of boost need help

Here my situation: I have owned the car for a few years and put on 10,000 miles. I have 90.000 original miles on the motor and turbos. I added M2 dp, Intake, bigger SMIC, PFC, RB catback, and fuel pump. I would run 12lbs everyday with no problems.

One day my o-ring seal with bad and I replace the motor with a stock rebuild. Since the turbos was out I decided to port my wastegate so I can put on a midpipe with 1300cc injectors.

After breaking in my motor I finally drove my car hard and primary hit 12lbs but once my secondary turn on it would go past 9.5lbs no matter what I did to my PFC. Since I still had my main cat on I decided to put on my midpipe and that helped 0.5lb making my secondary to 10lbs. I had my mechanic check my check valves and vaccum hoses and he didnt find anything wrong but didnt know how to fix my boost problem. The only thing different on my turbo is porting the wastegate. Is this my problem?

I knowledge on the turbos is very little, so I need peoples advice on whats going on. I did change my wastegate solenoid and nothing happened. Since I was running out of solutions, I decided to run a home depot boost control and see what happens. To my surprize it helped. I have the valve nearly shut before i could make ~11-12 lbs. The problem I have now is the boost will hit 12lbs and 5000rpm, drop to 11lbs around 6000rpm and go back to 12lbs near redline.

How come my PFC won't make 12lbs but the manual controller will? Is my wastegate bad or anything else related to my turbos? Or should I just buy a electronic boost controller and hope that it makes a solid 12lbs? What should I do from next? thanks everyone

if you can make 12psi with the depot controller i would say your wastegate is fine. Unless you made is so big tht it dosent seal?

Check your hoses to see if your restrictor pills are still in the line.

how is the profec going to help his boost problem with the pfc? he already stated that he can increase boost with a depot controller, and wants his ecu to work the boost control again.
