Can't get motor on engine stand ideas?

I'm looking to switch things onto the motor i just picked up. I'm trying to mount it on the tranny side. The tranny bolts are too short since the flywheel is mounted. How else will this thing mount without buying an adapter?

since the thread is already started, i am also wondering where the best place is to go to buy the adapter. im gonna be needing one soon, and just want to know if those ones i see on ebay are any good, or if theres anything else out there that is good that is at a decent price
