like the title says, they just wont fit, does anyone know any techniques?

 

Some fittings are not meant to work with certain hoses...Here's a link for how to assemble Earl's swivel-seal to the appropriate hoses. kind of straight forward, took summit 3 tries for them to send some of its 90's that fit its hose. They finally addmited they had some quality controll problems. I was not a happy customer. Only diffrent technique I use is to use a clamp on the end losely to keep the ss from fraying out .

 

wow this is helpful, any more info on AN fitting i'm new to these, never used them

 

The assembly oil is a great help, if you have a heavy duty vice get the magnetic ends that hold the fitting in place.
