you bought the car and caught fire after 3 days?! damn that sucks
well if the fire wasnt that bad you can always replace the burnt parts or simply swap out the motor. thats if the frame is still good.

How bad was the fire? Any pics?

BTW, G35's are fun. My wife's car is a G35x. I "encouraged" her to buy it befroe we got married because I liked the big 3.5L motor and the AWD. Too bad I couldn't get her to buy the Coupe.

The G35 is fun around town. It's a nice, comfy daily driver with good low-end torque. Compared to my modded FD, it feels heavy and slow. Although, it's not as loud, smelly and it's ride isn't bone jarring.

I'm glad that we have both cars... And she can't drive my FD because it's a stick. : )

are you going to try and sell the 7 as a roller or take it as a complete loss?

Looks like a good "LS1 swap" candidate. Nice rolling chassis... Good wheels too.

You're asking that question on an RX7 forum? G35 (well working, near new?) vs a 3rd Gen RX7 (fire damaged and can be a headache and a half). Well what's your priority buddy?
