Cool Can S-west Light Kits Be Flush Mounted?

I'd like to change my headlights to more modern and functional fixed lights W/ a clear cover.
I like the C-West setup but it sticks up about 1/8" above the body. That I don't like. Can the mounting be modifire (easily) to flush fit them. God, they are expensive.
The RX-7 Store also sells the Rotary Extreme kit that is flush mounted but, like the C-West light covers, are bordered with wide black areas. (You guessed it, I don't like that too well either. At least the price is better. I may get that kit.

Is there another QUALITY light kit that is flush and has no painted borders?
I saw one advertised somewhere online last year but can't remember where. It seemed to be one of the first kits available.

c-west is not easily customizable to get it flush mounted at all.

I have the kit and it is a pain to work on, the first problem is that the lights that come with it are yellow so you have to buy new lights and then sand it so that they fit - you will have all sorts of issues with the kit if you try to get it flush mounted, your better off getting a different setup

Cool Looks like the Rotary Extreme...

For sure the Rotary extreme kit is flush mount. I can deal w/ the black paint border and perhaps even polish it off and leave it clear or repaint it silver to match my car.
I hope it's a bolt-on kit or requires only a little drilling & grinding. I want the next owner to be able to restore it to the original lights if desired.
In any case I'll look around a little more before I plunk my plastic down and order.
Yes, I'll probably go with an HID low beam and Sylvania Silverstar Xenon/Halogen bulb high beam. I hate HID high beams coming at me.

Thanks guys.

yeah i actually ahve before and after pics too...

Let me see if i can dig them up somewhere

I originally bought a pair of Hella 90mm pods to use because I had seen another member do a conversion with them but I didnt have the skill or ability to get rid of the ears and mount them, so I ended up buying a set of Cyberwhite fog lights from pep boys and they have worked pretty damn good. I'll post up the pics when I find them

Cool I gotta say...

those R-Magic lights do look very nice - different, but nice!
I'll have to look them up and check on the price. I'll bet they're " 'spensive".

Yikes! If the Extreme Rotary lights require a lot of cutting I'll look elsewhere.
Thanks for the warning.
