Can only get 10 psi??? Help!!!

OK first off heres a list of things done to the car.

1.Downpipe
2.Midpipe
3.HKS EVC 5
4.24x9x2.5 FMIC
5.BOMZ Intake pipes w/k&n filters (shity fittment)
6.KnightSport Chip
7.Non Sequential (the right way)
8.Apexi Super AFC

The problem is I cant get more then 10 PSI out of the stock twins. When the car has not warmed up all the way it willboost to whatever I want but once the engine bay is warm it wont boost past 10PSI.The only part I have not replaced yet is the stock BOV. Is it possible its failing once it gets heated up? I.E. bleeding off boost after 10 PSI? I dont hear any hissing noise but at 10 PSI in 3rd gear I'm kinda moving a little fast to hear anything but my exhaust.I purchased a new HKS sequential 3g BOV but have not recieved it yet. I'm thinking this is the problem. The stock twins are 99 spec, and were just rebuilt about 6k ago. Everything above was added in the last week so I could finally turn up my boost a little and i cant get it up past 10 once the cars engine bay is warm. Any help is greatly appreciated

One of two things are wrong. Either your AFC is tuned wrong or you have a vacume leak. I would think its the first though.

I tried running without the AFC and still only 10 psi once the engine bay is hot. The thing is if it was a leak somewhere it should do it all the time. I'm hoping the new BOV will take care of this. IF you or anyone else has any input I more then welcome it.

Once it heats up enough, the solenoid is probably failing. Test it, if it fails, replace it

Ok i think i have a gasket leak on the UIM. I sprayed some carb cleaner by the area where the UIM and LIM meet and the car almost died.I did have the UIM off a while back when i did the nonsequential conversion.Would that leaking there cause me to only get 10 psi though? It boosts fine to 10 PSI but wont get over that.

How loud is your engine bay, a leaking manifold will increase the bay sound significantly under boost and quite a bit at idle

I cant tell how loud it is, my exhaust is loud all the time and my power steering pulley makes a funny noise so my engine bay is loud with all kinds of noise. It does sound like I have a leak somewhere though.
