Arrow Can my engine with hold a 75 shot of NOS

I could sell the kit was wha the hell, I'll guess I'll install after a purchase the Apexi PFC. Will the stock apex seals hold up? I will also have to upgrade my intake system.

Personally I don't think it'll hold a 75 shot with twin turbos at least not forever. Sell the kit on ebay..

what exactly is the problem of running nitros in fd? if say a 75shot with enough fuel to back it up, would that be a problem?

Get a set up where you direct the NO2 into the intercooler like alot of drag racers do. It freezes the core making all the air that goes in cold, kind of like a cold air intake for your intercooler.

it's a 50 or 75.. I seem to believe if i have my car tuned on a wideband with the PFC --there shouldn't be a prob.

just remember after the car is tuned for the NOS, it will be running super rich all the time, unless you upload different maps.

Look here for info on a 75 shot install.

http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrobi...us_install.htm

Looks like it works rather good, the Zex system is a "smart" system so it regulates the fuel pressure for you. I'm going to look in it probally.

I believe it's N2O, not NO2. The latter would be nitrogen dioxide, which would be very hard to make, assuming it were possible at all.

Very true, but if you have upgraded the fuel system, then you could link the NOS into the ECU as to richen the mixture upon delivery.

I think I would stay with a kit like the Zex kit used by Rob in his car. It's a 75 shot and he had no problems with it. Just make sure your cars in good working order befroe you install the nitrous. He recommended an upgraded fuel system, so I wouldn't use the stock system. As I posted before here's the link again

http://www.rx7turboturbo.com/robrob...ous_install.htm

As long as everything is done right then it shouldn't be a problem.

if you used a fogger (wet) system there will be enough fuel for the nitrous only, so you will not have to run a different fuel map. and you can controll how much fuel is going in by changing the jet size
