Really, if you have no idea what those connectors are for, you need to get the shop manual out. NEVER modify something without understanding what you're doing.

The first pic are the connectors for the solnoids and air control valve. You don't need those for single turbo, but the one furthest back goes to the fuel pressure regulator solnoid. You might need if you keep the stock regulator. If you are removing the air control valve you can get rid of those too. The 2nd and third look like they go to the purge control solnoid. Leave it and its system intact. There is no reason to remove it. Also, any connector you cut needs to be taped up or better yet heat shrunk to keep from shorting out the harness.

First Picture

Do you mean the Green circle is FPR solenoid ?
I have removed my ACV and block it also, so i will cut the color solenoid connectors and the connectors for the ACV soon.

In Second picture
I understand the first two from the right are the Turbo precontrol and Wastegate Control solenoid valve; but how about the two from the left ?

In Third and forth pictures
I dont know what connectors are those, cuz i forgot at all.

The connector in the third is the connector for ACV, according to workshop manual.

The Forth picture
It is for Purge control solonoid valve.
