Can I remove the purge Control hoses and catch tank?

Can I remove the Purge control vacuum hoses and the catch tank? I would leave the soleniod in and vent the line coming from the charcoal canister but want to remove everything else.

Will this work ? Will it cause any problems?

Thanks

are you sure your not thinking of the positive crankcase ventalation? if you are...you can remove that check valve and block off both nipples (uim and oil filler neck)

No, It is the PCS with the cylinder catch tank that bolts between the throttle body and the intake piping.

Yes you can rid the car of the evil menace that lurks beneath the throttle body. Leave the solinoid connected if you have a stock computer
