Can I hot tank the oil pan

Is there anything I need to look out for or is this something I can safely do? Hot tank set at 140.

Will steel take 140 ,,I think so .Remove the oil level sensor and o-ring and let it go . Be ready to repaint if the fluid is fresh .

It's just a solvent tank that sprays hot cleaner over the parts, basically just a dishwasher for removing grease and whatnot, takes paint off too so where I'm painting alot of stuff under the hood to restore it's look, makes it pretty easy to prep everything where it's clean and paint free to start with.

And why I would do it....well for one, working with clean parts is easier, two it just looks nice, and three....I don't want to spend all this time and money just to slap some greasy, dirty part back in there. Everything is being inspected and if it's good, cleaned, painted, and put back on.....everything else will just obviously get replaced.
