Glad I saw the part about how they're in Japanese. I was about ready to translate 'em from Norwegian.

It says at the top Thanks for buying thier product and such.

Then it shows you what wires on the computer to connect to. Explaining that you need to look at the computer in the same fashion that the picture is on th paper. It also tells you where to find the ECU which may differ for Left hand drive cars , im not sure.

Next line down, bold print, says basically to always shut the Rebic off when hooking it up to your engine.

Next line down is the settings for a normal turbine with one 550cc inj. but if you change the switches you can use up to 4 injectors.
On boost should be set a 0.7kg/m of boost
On RPM should be set at 4000 RPM
Fin(final) boost should be set at 1.2 or 1.4 kg/m of boost
Basically by adjustint the final boost **** you can change the amount of fuel injecte from 50 to 100%. meaning that if you set it at 1.2 boost and you were boosting 1.2 then you would get 100% of the add. injector and if you set it higher then you would get less.

The next section explains that the above settings is for 1kg of boost and that the settings will change for different setups and you may need a larger fuel pump.

The last part is a little warning about how the FD has rubber hoses and boosting too much can cause problems with the hoses going into the intake manifold.

This is my translation the best I can read it. I think it is pretty accurate but please use common sense when doing this..
