Can anyone confirm whether these are rhd FD seats?

RHD seats have the extra tip lever on the (LHS) passenger seat inner side. Those look like the base seats out of a '99 Type RB.
The weave texture is similar the the S6 base seats, but the side panels may be of a cheaper (feeling) material.
Those seats may have been used in some higher spec types to "add lightness".
LHD seats rails may have allowed for longer travel.
RHD rails may have had shorter travel to protect the backseat passengers shins.

I think there's only a small peg or stop in the seat rails that makes the 2 different. Supposedly you can just cut or drill it out and the seat will go all the way back.
This was done on JDM seats so the seat couldn't go all the way back and crush the feet of the passenger in the back seat.
From what I understand it's not that difficult to mod the rails.
And I concur, the first pic are JDM seats.

if you can get someone to look at the bottom, there is usually a tag on the seat with a part number, which would tell you what it came from
the US ones are FD01 for a Base, FD03 for the R package, and FD05 for leather
Japan is F110/F114/F122 among a bunch of others

BTW if anyone is looking seat stuff up in the parts catalog, here is how you figure stuff out.
the US FD is super easy, but you get this chart
the Base seat is an STA Type.
then you can go look it up, the US FD is easy it actually says STA and BASE, but most of the time you just get the STA
FD01-57-150F-02, then you can run the number through the parts provider of your choice, and in this case find out its been NLA for so long they don't even have prices
but knowing this you can go look up something interesting
