It must be possible, cause I've seen other RHD cars like the jdm type r, civic type r, skyline and rx7 savanna......I know it's expensive but it's possible!

So if "it must be possible", then why are you asking in the first place? Do a search on the subject, and you'll see that yeah, sure it's possible, but not without a lot of hassle, money, and/or risk, leading right back to the question: WHY?.

It won't be legal. And in your case, Canada allows vehicles to be easier to import after 15 years, which now includes the Skyline's (R32 and before) and Savanna RX-7's that you mentioned.

Yes, obviously people who fear the desecration of the much acclaimed and rare spirit r, and who, not so politely, inform you that even if you were here 7 years ago you post like a blind newbie whos never met the search button are ricers.

anyone for swords?

You are not going to get a 2002 Spirit R. IF you can find one, it will be hella-expensive and illegal.

This thread and all others concerning importation of RX-7s to the states should be locked/deleted.

To answer the original question. The cost of the conversion and the changes needed to make it legal to register would be several times the cost of a brand new RX-7, that is not including the cost of the car. For that amount of money, you can easily go out and buy yourself a brand spanking new, legal in north america Ferrari, Porsche (and I'm not talking about a piece of crap Boxter), Aston Martin, Jag or Lambo.
So yes, it is possible. No offense, but it makes as much sence as having your own F-18 Hornet for commuting to school, that is probably why you are getting so much !@#$ remarks to your question.
