A/C only works on one speed...
So I just reinstalled my dash after pulling it to swap the carpet. I got everything back in and buttoned up.
When I went to test everything out, I found out my A/C is now only working at one speed [1].
When I switch to [2], [3] or [4] - it just shuts off. Everything shuts off. The A/C light, recirc light, condenser, etc.
Any ideas what's going on? Im thinking something got kinked up when I was reinstalling the dash - or maybe something didn't get plugged back in - but for the life of me I don't know what it is.
Any ideas? Any direction is appreciated.

It makes sense that it could be a ground, I did after all pull the dash - I'm sure I could have disrupted a ground (or two... three? ).
But an issue with the PFC itself doesn't sounds right.
I will start looking at grounds - thanks for the lead!

i installed several PFC's and never had one work on all fan speeds. so i do the relay mod on customer cars and never have issues again.

I don't think his issue is related to the PFC. He said the A/C and recirc lights on the dash are going off. That's not consistent with the PFC symptoms.
Sounds to me like a problem with either the "amplifier" or the controls on the dash themselves.

I haven't had a chance to chase grounds yet, when I do - I will let you know what I find.

Typically, symptoms of a bad blower resistor are no blower on any speed but HIGH since that's the only position that bypasses the resistor pack. I wouldn't rule it out on the OP's car, but it would probably be towards the bottom of the list of things to check.
The more I think about it, the more I wonder if your blower speed switch or one of the connectors thereto is bad. I've never really paid attention, but if that switch is in the off position, then the recirc light doesn't receive power, correct?
