Bye Bye FD.
The new owner picked it up today.
I never really listened to the exhaust from the outside, but it sounded really good as he was driving away.
Sigh...

I feel like a big tool saying this, but that post of yours vudoo is kinda sad and depressing
Anyone else ever had something that you just really liked, yet one day you had to getr rid of it? Ya know, like a shirt, or toy, or something simple and materialistic.

ive sold 2 FDs. I hated to see each of them go, but they went to good homes, and the people keep in touch, and send me pics to show how the vehicles have evolved. I now have another( I just cant stay away from these damn cars!)

Yeah, sold it to save money. I got tired of driving around Boston. I really SUX.
I was looking into a Civic Si or a Mini Cooper, but I think I'm better off with no car. Save more money that way.
I plan on buying another FD in a few years. When I have a nice place with a big garage.
I'll still hang around the forums and stuff.

I've been talking to the new owner for a while. He's a cool guy. Really into the car.
He already has an AVCR waiting to be installed. New fuel system is on the way.
Sad to see it go... sigh..

Well if your trying to save, go with something reliable and older. Like Yodas and Hondas are good. Good luck man, I hope do you get another FD, sucks having to get rid of it.

sad to hear, but on a good note check out the may 2003 issue popular mechanics pg. 86. they have a little write up about the 4th gen. rx7 based on the rx8 platform. will be available as both coupe and convertable. may your wishes come true!! it will probably also use the new renesis engine. hope that makes a few smile! later
