Broken vacuum line?

I noticed the front sensor in my rats nest, the one with the green connector, it's broken. The vacuum line is off and i don't notice any problem. I checked in the vac diagrams and in the simplified one it says to delete.

So can i just unplug it and cap off the nipple on the side of the UIM?

It G. I found some info on just removing or capping off the double throttle actuator vacuum line. So would i unplug the solenoid or just leave it plugged in and cap off the vacuum line?
