Nice post, next time put words in it please. Like the name of the thread, giving a little insight to what is in it, and a little blerb of what the problem is. Having an arrow point at something does not help to solv your problem.

OK i take that back, just as i posted you fixed it. My bad.
Im not 100% sure but if your car is manual you may have a vacume tree that is not of any use. But im not 100% sure.

Hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like you busted a check valve. It keeps the pressure tank pressurized in order to control the transition of your turbos. It definately needs to be replaced if you want your turbos to function properly.
