How would i replace the stud on the lower intake manifold? IT busted off but there still is a pretty good chunck still there. What are the options to replace this?

use vice grips

 

heat the manifold then grip the stud as tight as you can with the vice grips or grip the stud in a vice if you can .also use penitrating oil on it .if it breaks off smooth it down ,punch the center and drill it out with the tap size bit then pick out the coil that is left.easy easy
