Broken injector: can it be fixed?
I was removing my injectors, getting them ready to send off to RC Engineering to get cleaned and balanced, when I dropped one of my primaries on the concrete floor. The plastic hat thing on the end broke. Can they repair this? It would be a shame if I had to buy a new injector because of a little part like that.

I doubt it, but I would call RC Engineering and ask. I asked them about my broken pintel cap, and they said they replace them anyway during the balance and cleaning procedure.

That's not what I wanted to hear...the connector is fine, just the plastic red part around the top of the injector is missing a chunk. Couldn't I seal it with something or is that getting too ghetto with the fuel...which I know shouldn't be done.
If it's not repairable/usable is upgrading to 850cc for the primaries something I should think about?
