Broke Secondary Oil return stud, need help.

As the title suggests, I managed to snap the stud for the secondary turbo's return line while trying to fix an oil leak coming from there. My question is, what's my best option for getting whats left of the stud out? I'm 95% I'll have to pull the turbos again (4th time in 5days...what a PITA) or at least unbolt them far enough that I could manipulate the line off. I was thinking a blow torch (worried about left over oil igniting though) and some vice grips but I have no idea how difficult that stud could be to get off. Should I just take it to a shop? I'm losing oil like crazy so driving isn't really the best option . I'm really at a loss here and needed some input.

tl;dr option

Losing/burning oil like crazy
What is the best way to take the stud out with the motor still in the car?

You broke the stud at the rear iron? The oil returns mate to the turbos with bolts.

Is any of the stud sticking out? If so, there are tools for gripping damaged studs, Sears has some good ones that dig into the stud and grab it.

If it's flush or near flush, you're going to have a chore. It's so small that drilling/ez out would be VERY tricky. You'd probably have to try and weld a nut to it or something. That's just a tricky spot and a small stud.

Don't try vice grips, that will more likely just round off and damage what you have left sticking out. The Craftsman damaged bolt extractors are your best bet.

Thanks for the replies, I'll give a bolt extractor a shot. I'm pretty sure I have enough of a stud left to grip onto, its just going to be really REALLY tricky to do.
