Broke a bolt, can it be replaced??

I broke this bolt a while back and I am wondering if there is a part number or where I can get another one for the Throttle body. It's causing me to leak boost anywhere from 5-10psi worth. It's the right top bolt on the throttle body where I connect my greddy elbow...

this is not my throttle body just a pic to help represent which bolt it broken...

Already went to the dealership and tried to search up a part number but schematics showed that there was no seperate part # for it. It just came with the entire throttle body assembly.

The thread dimensions are M10x1.25 I believe, replace the broken one with an exhaust stud (threads on both ends). Any auto parts store will carry this. If the bolt is still sticking out of the throttle body, slap a pair of vice grips on the end and get the bolt out that way.

Good luck

I just pulled one out of a customer's throttle body. Those things don't take much torque. I don't have the book in front of me but it is in inch lbs. Its m6x1.0.

Not sure, but I was pretty careful about removing studs to install various block-off plates last year. If you don't have any luck at the local hardware store and they're the same length as studs from the manifolds, I may have one that should work. Ihor, can you confirm?

yeah +1 one on the old vise-grips. i found it helps to bounce a little on the studs then they pop lose and twist right out.

That 1.0 pitch thread can be a PITA to find sometimes, if you have an Ace Hardward nearby, they usually have the best selection of metric fasteners short of a metric fastener warehouse.
