Brick wall under throttle below 3k, Soon as 0 psi comes hits wall
Just as title states, under 3k WOT throttle the car hits a brick wall. The boost wont build past 0 psi. As long as it is above 3k everything is good an full boost hits. I got another set of turbos and tore everything down and notice there was no c clip on the precontrol valve. I could not tell if the pre control acuator was connected before I unbolted it. Would the pre control cuase that? The turbos look fine. Any help would be appreciated.
