I am in the look out to buy a 13B REW short block (new old stock or rebuilt by Mazda) as a back up for my unit. I’m not in the US and need to get it sent to my forwarder. Hence prefer a paypal payment for funding security. Could you recommend a few reputed sellers who stock / sell / arrange purchase from mazda for these short blocks?

Also, as an alternative, are there any sellers who sell rebuilt engines without needing a core?
