where can i get a new 13b rotary TT engine stickshift for a 1994 mazda rx-7 for the best price?

Probably the only place to build a NEW engine (with all new internals) will be Mazdatrix: http://www.mazdatrix.com/

They run around $6000 or so for the engine.

Yeah, and that is just for the engine core. By the time you add turbos and various parts, you are probably closer to 10k.

Reman engine cores are more like 2K and rebuilt ones are about $2500 to $3500 depending on the options (port, polish, or other mods).

i just bought a reman today from malloy mazda. they are about 2K with a one year warranty
