Bought M2 Stage III ECU

And I have a few questions....
1. What should I expect to gain by installing this ECU with the setup I have now (Basically intake and cat-back, plus other non-related things).

2. What should my NEXT mod be corresponding to this ECU - midpipe (can I even run that?), fuel stuff, or Intercooler?

If someone could help me out here, I would appreciate it. Thanks,
Tyler

From what I understand you send Mostly Mazda a list of mods and they burn a chip and upgrade your ECU for your list of mods.. so if you change stuff you'd need to get the ecu updated.... but I've never dealt with M2 Ecu's just stand alone, ones...

your ecu is good for intake, ic, down pipe, and exhaust.
