Border Rigid Arm installed (pics)

It fit with no difficulty clearing the brake lines. I had to add 1 washer on the engine side, to push the bar closer to the nose of the car, to make clearance for the back line on the ABS block. It is barely touching the block on the bottom - I can slide a piece of paper about halfway through, then it catches. I don't forsee any problems, since it shouldn't be flexing at all, and the brake lines aren't touched.

Installation was cake and the adjustment was simple. It made a HUGE difference in the feel of my car (so much so that Im sure I have Bad motor mounts ) But a worthy addition nonetheless. The occasional 3-4 grind chunky shift I would get at low speeds/rpms is noticeably gone, and Its hard to explain but just feels better. I'm sure this is due to a faulty motor mount more than anything.

It lists fc/fd as the same part # so I would assume so. However I had no idea about clearances on this till I ordered one and tried it - Border doesnt have LHD cars to test it on so they couldnt tell me.

I've decided to just upgrade to solid motor mounts when the time comes so that I can have one less item floating around in the engine bay
