I have an intermittent problem. When I accelerate I seem to get fine boost levels but I get very little acceleration. It will kind of just sputter and I hear the turbos "Sputter".
If I let off and then reaccelerate most of the time it will be just fine.

What could this be?? Is it the turbos?

When you say "sputter" do you mean it hesitates and bogs and it's just unresponsive??

Hmmm...sounds like your a similar problem I once had that was also intermittent...could be your running rich because either the water thermosensor or the air intake thermosensor is malfunctioning when they heat up too much.

Do a search under my name and see if it is the exact same symptom. Hope that helps.

 

what is your boost gauge reading? 10-8-10?

I still get a close to 10-8-10 pattern. But when under boost it will just hesitate. and then i let off and then give it gas and then it will most of the time speed up nicely.
