Boosting on cold start........

What kind of damage would it put on an FD if it was started up cold and took off boosting as soon as it starts up?

I'm in missouri, and have to savagely start my car every day. I assure you it doesn't like it. Let me put it this way:

It's cold outside. Really cold. Sub freezing (like it's been here for a month). I toss your *** out the front door, naked, 2 minutes after you woke up in the morning, put a gun to your head, and said sprint. You'd like it a LOT less than if you had ample time to get your body warmed up (jog/stretch/etc). I think that's a fair comparison.
