Angry boost troubles...

whats up fellow seven heaven peeps!!
definitely got a new boost leak, it is very audible! {my car is much slower too} it has to be a hose for the primay right? I just replaced the coupler hose from the y-pipe, car ran wonderfully and quiet for about a month, now that same hissing is back and its not that hose...could you guys lemme know about the most likely junk and ways of testing...also, I unplugged he pressure chamber hose and no air sound escaped, I was told I should hear air leaving...any thoughts guys?
email me if possible

thanks, In Advance

also, do you guys know of any aftermarket rear sunshades? {you know, the one outside the rear hatch glass?}

Unhappy help meeee!!!

yep, I checked the i/c hoses...I wanted to know if you guys could tell me the primary sources for audible boost pressure loss {obviously primary} besides the joint coupler hose off the y-pipe, I replaced that...ie., could hoses under the plenum make such a noisy whoosh? a tuner I spoke too told me that since the air sound is so loud it cant be under the intake manifold...

thanks for any help fellas....

I hope you are kidding about that. I thought those things went out with the last 1989 Nissan SX.

Sounds like you are hearing something that you never paid much attention to before your boost problems. If you don't have your stock air box anymore, then it it possible that what you are hearing is the CRV venting (normal). If you do have a stock air box, then you should check the CRV and the BOV hoses where the meet the -pipe. If you can twist these 1" hose on their nipples then you have a problem. Just buy some nice hose clamps and tighten them down until the don't spin.
