Boost problem 7psi max!!
I can't give much info, I'm so pissed I don't want to think to much right now.
I know that my commander is reading .54 as max boost obtained. I have the commander set for .85 duty cycle about 85%
I recently removed my profec-b , I figured I'd just use pfc to regulate boost. 1 week after that I installed my front mount. Now that week in between I hardly drove the car so I'm not sure if it was something I did when I took out the profec, or something that happened when I installed IC.
Now if I remember correctly is'nt 7psi like the set level our system will run is the control system is'nt fuctioning???

It's amazing how the obvious problems seem to be the hardes to find huh?
If you want to put pills back in, order holley carb. jets from www.summitracing.com.
Do a search for boost pills in this section to find the sizes you need.
If you want to join team home depot racing.. go to the plumbing dept. you need a small brass valve. Depending on how many turns you give it will change your boost.
do a search for boost controller, or home depot, and you should find some pics, and a full explanation. I just dug up my old valve I saved. Putting it back in 2morrow

Turbovr6,
did you get your problem fixed? I seem to be having the same problem, and I can't find the cause of it. I have the stock pills in place, and I replaced the wategate and precontrol actuators, and the wastegate and precontrol solenoids, and still only aprox. .58 kg/cm2 of boost. I have my commander set at .90 kg/cm2 and duty cycle set at 85% and still nothing. It's driving me a bit crazy now. They transition perfectly except the boost stops climbing at .58 . I used to have manual valves but I removed them to control boost from the commander, but I haven't been able to do that.
