boost probblem please help!!!!

i just finsihed replacing all of the vaccume hoses with silicone that i got from tri-point. i replaced a check valve and a solenoid valve also because i broke it. today, i started my car and had the same problem, i get only 2-3 lbs of boost all the way to high rpm's. i have no clue!! i will try to take the main cat off the car and drive itlike that around the block and see if i have a clogged cat but if not what can it be???? please help me!!! i have no idea what to do next??? did anyone have a problem like this??????????

Are you sure you installed all the silicone hoses correctly? If you did, the only thing I could think of would be to check and make sure your wastegate actuators are functioning properly.
