Boost Pills & Running Rich?

Hey everyone,
while on the road tonight i realised at 7psi that i had an issue... figured out now that this is the boost pills not being in the lines. my question is, when lifting off i could smell fuel; would the 7psi flat footed cause the engine to run rich? or am i now hunting a fuel line issue too?!

also, how many coolant hoses are around the turbos or under the UIM? is this all of them? still need to track my coolant issue!
1. turbo coolant in
2. turbo coolant out
3. upper throttle body

The richness and boost are entirely unrelated. The MAP sensor is giving the ECU the correct amount of air by directly reading that 7psi.

Find the source of that fuel odor.
