Boost Pattern 13-4-6?

Alright, boost was fine doing 13-8-13, and now it's doing 13-4-6. I have heard probable causes can be:

1. CRV Valve
2. Vac Leak (good luck finding this)
3. Actuator

Alright, I have a PFC that would explain the 13lbs of boost from the stock twins. Both turbos are new and I have about 1200miles on the engine.

Curious of what I should check, or if I should just replace all of the vac lines, and if I am going to replace all of the lines, where should I pick up the silicone hose?

Do Lowes or Home Depot sell colored silicon hose? Yellow, Red, or blue? ANd what size is it?

Anyways, the main problem is the secondary turbo, the pattern should be 13-8-13 correct?

I'VE DONE A SEARCH! Any additional help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
-Darren-

13-5-7 is typical pattern, my gauge may be slightly innaccurate.

Also, blocked cat?

could be that your vaccum hoses are screwed, thats wha twas wrong with mines (stupid previous owner's mechanics) in anycase, thats what mines was, my crv/secondary bov was tied to my primary bov for some reason. i fixed it and get a perfect boost pattern now

You seem to be getting good clean boost on the 1st turbo.

I'd suspect the pipework for the 2nd turbo such as the blow off vavle, the actuator or the silicon hoses leading to the soleniod that operates it.

CRV seems to be holding closed properly & when its opened, to expose the 2nd turbo, thats when your pressure drop occurs.

Check everything to do with 2nd turbo operation

Well would it most likely be a vac leak? Because the turbo operation was perfect before, and now it's acting strange. Things would have been hooked up properly if i was getting a normal boost pattern at one time correct?
