boost only under full throttle

i have a 93 base with downpipe, catback, y- pipe, power fc(tunded by SR motorsports) and intake. if i go through the gears normal i get no boost at all , but if i keep it floored i get full boost. also i only get .20 boost when in neutral. i brought it to a rotary shop and they said it was a computer problem and was wondering it they are right thanks in advance (sorry if discussed already)

call me crazy, bu tnormally i thought you onlt had boost when you hit the gas hard.... i thought that was the idea.... otherwise your turbos would be spinning 24/7 and it would kill your engine....

No rjuge, you should get boost on part throttle if the engine load is great enough..

I would think it is a problem with your turbo control system..
