starting at 3k rpm under boost, my car sounds like it has an exhaust leak. AT 4k rpm the noise flat stops, like a valve closed. It does build 13 psi before the transition in 3rd but will only make 10 psi in 2nd.

After 4k the boost drops to about 7-8 psi. It does not build 12 psi until 5k.

I have a P-FC roughed in by XS by mail.

I was thinking this all point to the turbo pre-control solenoid.

Any thoughts?????
