boost leak?
my boost usually goes up to around 12 psi when i redline
right now its going up to 5 and stopping there and at idle its around 12-15 vacuum.
so this is probably a leak somewhere between the turbo and the uim right?
i am running nonsequential.

its at 5 PSI WOT? check the lower tube to the intercooler. its the first place to check. then the coupler in the middle of the y pipe to cross over tube. then the crossover tube. your non sequential setup worked prior to this right?

I just fixed a boost problem on a standard 99-model. Would only get 5-psi on 2nd turbo. Traced to a collapsed rear muffler.
I dropped the system from the dump pipe just short of the CAT convertor (around the rear of the gearbox area) & took it for a spin (noisey, yes) Full boost every gear.
I think your 92 models got a pre-CAT just after the turbo's (96+ No pre-CAT) so check if thats not clogged aswell as the main CAT & muffler
Time for a new muffler on my customers 99..........
