That would be the ABV, or Air Bypass Valve. It works in conjunction with the CRV, or Charge Relief Valve.
The top or smaller hose is a vacuum hose that tells the valve when to be open or closed, it connects to the intake manifold.

So, it could be this that limit my boost?

In my Rx7 work the 1°stage of boost, the boost pressure keep costant as the 2° stage turbo dosent start.
Thanks Bajaman, You where helpfull now I recognized on the map scheme.

That won't limit your boost capabilities.

Isn't that the CRV? I thought the ABV was what 'we' call the blow-off valve.

My problem is that my boost pressure is costant at 0.45 BAR wich is the pressure of the lower turbine, i don't know why the high pressure 0.85 bar is not reached anymore in my FD.
Its look like some vacuum line is broken and some valve don't let the 2°stage turbine to work properly

From it's position in the picture, that looks to be the CRV. Check page F-88 in the FSM. The ABV, or Blow-off valve is up near the intake box.
