Boost gets killed!!!

Boost gets killed!!!
i put it in 1st.. then i step on it... when i hit 8000 rpm.. i shift to 2nd.. and now im only boosting 0-3 psi.... wat do i need to replace to fix this problem... theres not boost leek.. or anythign like that... a buddy of mine said it was my solinoids.. but i dont kno.. HELP ME!!!!
