boost gauge install

i bought a electronic boost gauge (greddy) 52mm
it comes with sending unit
all hardware and gauge.
it wants me to tie into the vacuum of the FPR (fuel pressure regulator) to the intake manifold. can i just remove the extra nipple cover on the UIM and use that as a soruce.. ( the one next to the bov nipple ) and also.. the gauge electrical harness has four wires

red ( 12v power)
orange ( ignition )
white (parking light )
black (gnd )

ok red and black i am ok on that. where do i tie into the ign. and the parking lights? the harness is only 19 inches long

Use fuse taps and some wire and tap your fuse box by your dead pedal. It should be fairly obvious after a few beers.

On my Pettit boost gauge install, I ran the parking light wire to the ashtray light. It works fine and the wire is completely concealed.

Yes. Use the vacuum nipple on the UIM or put a small 'T' into the single vac line going to your boost sensor.
