boost cut/running lean

whats up guys..

so i got my car running pretty good now.

so today we drove it around. and actually the car blew one of my hoses from the intercoolor off so it ran n/a for about 1/4 of a mile before we fixed it. and holy crap it ran its nuts off forreal. for being n/a it did really freaking good.

after we got it mounted, i had a boost cut. when we hit about 5500-6000rpm(slaming on it) it starts jerking and tugging

but if i easy into it, it did just fine and pull really really hard.

how do i adjust my fuel/air ratio

i have the stock computer, and am trying to pay off the car before i start putting mods on it and stuff.

i dont want to make a crazy horsepower car. but just something fun for now.

Thanks Guys

If you go past 12psi on the stock ECU you will hit fuel cut. To adjust your AFR's you need an engine management system.

im not going over 10 psi, im right at 7.. but heres another weird thing about it.

if i romp on the throttle it will start to backfire and sputter.

but if i ease into it slowly. it goes amazing! and i can go till about 7.500 rpm and all the gears go amazing, and the car pulls so strong. so am wondering if maybe my secondary injector not working right or something?

maybe take them out and clean ?

thanks again guys

Hi,
I had the exact same problem. if you go past a 1/4 throttle the car would about die.
What i did is unpluged the TPS and drove him around and i had none of the problems. I have ordered a new tps. Mines unplugged till then.
Try unpluging your tps to see if it has gone bad.
thanks
