def #1 boost creep is when you allow turbo to flow more air than the wastegate can release, this results in higher boost.
def #2 when your boost creeps up past your peak boost point.

oh and yes its real, will you get it with a midpipe? some do, some dont.

google is your friend, there is other cars out there with turbos who have the same probs feel free to look elsewhere besides rx7club.com
